You retain ownership of all content you create, including progress entries, notes, and conversation data. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your content as necessary to provide the service, including AI analysis and coaching features.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI coach provides suggestions, insights, and recommendations based on your data. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
